Only after the Mortgage Note is paid in full, will the investor discuss with you, privately, the terms associated with the New Private Money Note which will be 80% Loan to Current Market Value. While the interest will be competitive, no prior discussion of what it will be can be discussed with an consumer without the written consent of the Investor. In 99% of cases, the investor will not discuss interest rate until after the current Mortgage Note is purchased. So, please do not ask your sales agent, he will not know that answer.
